Over Labor Day Weekend, we drove to Valle Vidal in Northern New Mexico and took a short backpacking trip. Danny's parents were able to drive down from Colorado Springs to meet us for the trip which made it extra special. It rained a little during the weekend, but the scenery was beautiful and we all enjoyed the mini-vacation.
The trail to our campsite was an old road, so it was an easy walk for the boys.

This was Wyatt's 26th backpacking trip. I think he could set the tent up by himself if we let him!
